Order arrived on time, but everything was stone cold. I ordered Lamb Tikka as a main course and got 5 pieces of lamb in a box with a few bits of onion, no sauce - for £11.50. It didn't look or taste like any Tikka dish I've eaten, and was quite disgusting. I tried a small piece, and left the rest. So, despite paying £11.50, I've had no dinner this evening. We are done with Zak's Kitchen. Never again.

We ordered Chicken Chat x 2 but only got one with Pakoras which we hadn't order. The chat wasn't what we expected and was very cool. Not sure whether the wrong lid had been put on the dish. It was disappointing and didn't look appetising The Dopiaza and the Dhansak were amazing. We have always been very satisfied with the meals from Zak's Indian Kitchen. By far the best in Weston but our starters were very disappointing.

We waited two hours for our food to be delivered and when it evetually came there was no salad to go with the miniscule pieces of salmon starter, the pathia dish was only half full and the whole lot was stone cold. We rang to complain but was told that they were extremely busy and didnt seem bothered so asked to speak to Zak who wasnt there. We have been customers of Zaks for a long time but will not be ordering takeaway or visiting the restaurant again.
